Imo celebrates NITP's Golden Jubilee Anniversary in Owerri

The event took place at City Global Hotel, Port-Harcourt Road Owerri, Imo State. In attendance was the Chif Judge of Imo State, Hon. Justice Paschal Nnadi, who delivered a lecture on the occasion. 

The Chairman of the occassion was Dr. Okay Aguwa.

How much are we earning from the importation of Cattle into Nigeria? Importation of Cattle into Nigeria has completely wiped out local production in Beef(cow meat), Pork(pig meat), Mutton(sheep's meat) and Chevon(goat meat). Most Cattle in Nigeria are imported from Niger, Chad and Cameroon and these people simply move it across the border and then down south of Nigeria. Today, they no longer import only Cattle, they equally import Cattle rearing Expatriates from neighbouring countries, a very violent set of people who behave as if they are still in their jungles where no law and order exists. The resultant effect of their presence in our country is Cattle rustling, killing, raping, maiming, murder, destruction etc.  well, that is not the interest of this write up for now. So in this age and time of SKYPE and other VIDEO CALL technologies, the presidency must have to fly out Governors to London just to confirm to Nigerians that Mr President is not dead, ooh! what a pity even when all the poorest television stations in the world is hosting their programs with these video calling technologies, video clips recorded on smart phones etc the worst part is that at the end of the day, they will all come back with one single photo shot to display to all Nigerians as evidence that the President is recuperating fast. They all have smart phones why don't they show us their own personally selfies with the President or that a crime now or is it also a crime for some of them to record the meeting on the phones and post on their social media accounts.
